And only 3.5 million. Anderson has also signed but will likely be announced later (maybe so Balbuena isn't treated like an also-signed)

isaac hayden has put in a transfer request because he wants to move back near his family and brighton are willing to pay £10m for him. considering he barely played last season and we signed him for £5m 2 seasons ago thats not too bad

Balotelli's move to Marseille fell apart, even though he already had his medical and whatnot. I thought he was fully out of contract, but apparently Nice have an option for another year, and they have a handshake deal that they'll sell him for €10m. They weren't happy that he showed up at Marseille, because they hadn't agreed to a deal yet.

Fekir is probably an outlier in that regard, but there's still a chance that deal gets revived.
