Jumping back a couple of topics, I think the concern with Endeavour is less "Todoroki feeling anything but abject hatred for him" and more "Horikoshi using minor things to try and soften and whitewash Endeavour's past", the "flowers for Todoroki's mom" being the most obvious case of "Sure I was trapped in a loveless eugenics based marriage that hosed me up so bad I ended up scarring my child because he looked like him but he also remembered what my favourite flower was so really he's got a heart of gold" Endeavour isn't irredeemable but he his redemption needs to be based on actually facing up to and owning the deeds he did, not having it swept under the carpet because the world needs a #1 hero/he bought flowers/he actually deep down loves his kids/etc.

The flowers were in response to the children saying that Endeavour had washed his hands of all of them, with Rei pointing out that he actually had been trying to see her and had remembered her favorite flowers. The point was not "Oh wow he's actually got a heart of gold" but "He's not trying to run away and pretend this never happened."

Doesn't Todoroki's mom literally say that she is still terrified of (meeting) him? Like, one of the things that you learn about Endeavor in this arc is that the man is incredibly, what's the word, awkward? Clumsy? The man's very awkward in pretty much everything because of his one-track mind. Even disregarding the loving monstrous poo poo he did to his family, the dude has issues connecting and communicating, even with a single fan. Hawks even points out that Endeavor is ham-handed while reflecting on Endeavor silently trying to catch up to All Might while everyone else was content to just cheer or yell out from the sidelines. Like, I get that a lot of people are worried cause Shounen Jump has a terrible record with this poo poo (Assassination Classroom, Shokugeki no Souma, etc.) but I feel like there's a lot of ignoring what the text is saying in favor of a meta narrative. And yeah, I don't really like the idea of half-hearted white washing terrible (grand)parenting, I gave up reading Ouran High School Host Club cause of that poo poo. Even his wife views the flowers as a sign that he's trying to face his family and his past, not that he's sending them because he loves her or is actually a nice guy deep down inside or whatever. The manga has brought up that Endeavor is aware of the magnitude of his crimes as a father and husband, and even in this fight he sees his sins in the High-End Noumu - the obsession with strength (his attempts to reach All Might), a manufactured being (his initial objective of breeding until he could get the child to succeed him), and multiple quirks (Todoroki). The dude was literally forced to face a reflection of his actions, and I'd like to hold out hope that, despite Shounen Jump being Shounen Jump, the whole business with Endeavor will play out in a way that doesn't just wave away everything he's done.

Also, anyone else worried about how Dabi was teleported out of there with the same quirk All For One used before? Either AfO has somehow giving his quriks away from behind bars or someone in the League is able to make copies of existing quirks.

Before Dabi teleported out, he mentioned another name. I wonder if that black-teleportation-glop stuff is actually another villain, like that slime guy in the first few chapters, who hitched a ride in part or in whole inside Dabi's body. Which is gross as hell, but, y'know. Villains.
