Yes, but the actual streets in New York Chinatown have un-mysterious names like Elizabeth and Mott street.

EDIT: What's weirder to me is that the artist seems to be trying to dress them in qipaos, which is kinda not something you observe a lot. Especially when practicing martial arts.
