Did I miss a post with tech breakdown or did that just not get posted this time? Also I'd be interested to know what our literacy is like. It looks like imperialists are going to win by a landslide but falling behind in the tech / industrialisation game to play with boats would be pretty sad. Socialists seem to be essentially a superior form of moderates, at least in game terms; presumably without a general shift away from reaction voting them in would cause some kind of civil war.

Friends, I'm heartened to see that we're all on the same page. The Royalists have proven themselves a tremendous threat to our... constitutional ideals, and must be stopped from throwing away all that al-Andalus has achieved in recent years. The Workers' Party, though well-intentioned, would have us throw away our destiny, while the Moderates, though good men, will not do enough to defend the rights of the peoples of Andalusia. Got it, thanks  We're actually more up to date on culture tech than I thought which is great, as long as we keep education well funded we should be ok with RP generation. With that in mind I'll vote Socialists even though it won't win as I still think that making more railroads and industrial research is the best thing we can do right now.

Lets talk about our options here... Reactionaries are going to: 1) try to incorporate palemero 2) roll back democratic reforms 3) stomp on anything that looks like bending to other ideologies, and get a lot of our pops killed in the ensuing revolts 4) poke france and morocco until they dog pile us moderates are going to: 1) build trains 2) maybe if they feel like it participate in the coming war for German ascension. Liberals are going to: 1) build boats 2) institute more democratic reforms 3) try to bring the light of islam to the poor uncivilized masses of the dark continent 4) try and snipe our rightful clay from morocco if they are weak. 5) hopefully secure some oil and rubber for our future high tech factories. 6) profit! Socialists: 1) going to do gently caress all to get our rightful land back. 2) leave our hard earned allies out to dry 3) probably get coup'ed by all the reactionaries, if the reactionary government isn't enough to placate the rebels "electing" a socialist government will drive them up the wall. It feels like we need at least 2 liberal governments before jumping on the big red band wagon. That will give some time for some other socialist governments to pop up so we aren't caught out by ourselves (again). Liberals

Also, people have been talking about a reactionary backlash if voting in the socialists. The Imperialist (liberals) while they do have more support do not have nearly as much support as the reactionaries and conservatives.  Just appointing the Imperialists won't piss off the conservatives and reactionaries much less than appointing the socalists. Expect militancy among the both of them to rise because of this and as a result reactionaries gaining in strength both in the upperhouse and as potential rebels, I expect the Sultan will know who to support if things reach that point again.
