Why does everyone think I'm going to get in trouble?

Wait Star Allies is UE4?

Star Allies feels rushed in most respects, plus it's their first Unreal Engine game, those factors probably better explain the framerate than any artistic choice.

No absolutely, it's very clearly the hardware holding it back, but sometimes you create accidental or knowing brilliance through hardware limitations. I do think it looks good in the screenshots though

Nah, I confused it with the Yoshi game that's not out yet, my bad.

Kirby 3 felt kinda basic after Super Star but it’s such a nice looking game.

<click> <click> What is it with this dancing?! Bouncing around like fools... I would have thought my own kind at least would understand the seriousness of our Adventurer's Guild!

I love Dream Land 3. The aesthetic is lovely and brilliant, so brilliant that an SNES Mini can't accurately capture it (from what I remember hearing). The new friends added a lot of variety, too, many of which are easy favorites like Pitch. Plus, the road to 100% completion is not too tricky, you can always be on the lookout for something on each level to do that isn't too hard to do usually.

Kirby 64 is more of a mixed bag for me. Again, I like how it looks, especially on N64 it was able to really use the limitations of the system to its advantage. But I don't find the power mixing very fun or cool, there are so many combinations that are unwieldy or plain worthless. And many of them being required for certain collectables, even some of them not allowed to be obtained in the level they're found in, feels like a step backwards. The only thing the game does right with its 100% road is that you don't need to fully beat the level for the shards you get to count. No single other Kirby game does this, for whatever reason. I simply don't get it, really.

they're good and fun but the just the stiff movement alone is enough to disqualify them from Best Kirby Talk

Kirby 64 is the sole reason why I would want an N64 classic. Legit, that could be the only game on the classic and I'd still get it. That's how much I want to play that game again.

I wouldn't be surprised, given how close Nintendo and Microsoft seem to be working on some stuff lately, if they managed to reach a deal to have the non-Nintendo owned stuff on there.

Most are indeed junk but it would feel like something is missing without Banjo Kazooie, Perfect Dark and Goldeneye. I realize Goldeneye is more unlikely than the rest but it would be nice.

Dr. Mario 64 needs to be on it, mainly because I haven't played it, and Wario is the main antagonist in the story mode 😮
