Yeah, I'm making a thread for it because it really is a great place to start. It's where I started watching last year, and its become the best $7 I spend on wrestling a month I'm leaning towards "a G1 of their own" but I'm very not sold on it.

General Stardom World question: from some googling around it seems like the best way to get it on your TV is via Fire Stick in the browser or Chromecast, but there's no actual app or support for it? $7 a month is really nothing if I can make time for more great wrestling in my life.

Like a lot of Japanese wrestling companies, Stardom's support for their streaming service is a polite shrug and a promise that they'll work on making it better in the future. I wouldn't expect a dedicated app or any more robust features any time soon.

There is not, but that's mainly due to STARDOM running on a shoestring budget. They want an app, but its out of their price range for now.

I had a chromebit with a browser spoofer plugin that worked great until the fuckin thing died. What's so weird is that NJPWworld works great in iOS chrome no bullshit but for whatever reason the NJPW/Stardom backend streaming service hates ChromeOS chrome.

Rayne is the one person I wasn't really expecting to be in this, because she's married to Josh Matthews and wrestled pretty much exclusively for ROH and Impact as a result. It will be interesting to see how Xia Brookside fares, considering Io really liked her in STARDOM.

Next week are the tapings. We'll very likely have the finals set in stone at the end of it. The tapings will be on Monday and Tuesday next week. It also falls in line with WWE running RAW and Smackdown in that area those nights as well. Have Smackdown stars show up in the MYC crowd on night 1, and RAW stars on night 2.

Mauro will be fun. Beth will be probably as stiff and robotic as she was during the Mixed Match Challenge. I think maybe a step up from JR and Lita overall though. Also I am putting into the aether one request for a stiff squash on the part of Meiko Satomura against a tryout.

Yo, if you were thinking of continuing to support (or subscribing to) STARDOM, I would sit down and think carefully about that. Apparently they are releasing a new gravure photobook soon. Which would be fine and all, if two of the wrestlers in it (AZM and Starlight Kid) were of legal age. AZM is 15, and Starlight Kid is under 18. That is insanely creepy.

Not that shocking. Her neck problems were one thing, but it didn't seem like WWE was too interested in signing her anyways. Wasn't the only reason she got offered a contract initially due to fans loving her? I can see her being signed down the line, but considering WWE just loaded up on a ton of female talent, I don't see that happening any time soon.
