Sorta but they have a TV in there and maybe they greet you with espresso so you can further isolate yourself from the risk of witnessing a homeless person to the effect of dull but uncontrolabe existential guilt.

How often are you really using he toilet in your apartment? You're just making GBS threads away value leaving such prime real estate go unexploited.

Sold mine off just before the slide. Was still up 150% over when I first bought (at one point I hit like 250% at the 52 week high a couple of weeks ago), so no complaints, other than I wish I'd bought more early on.

Just Forex short the yen is the easiest way but you could also just short the Nikkei instrument as a whole if you don’t wanna specifically research each company’s earnings reports for this week

edit: Also the government is literally trying to put people out of business by raising the minimum wage by like 4%, forgot to mention that. Deflation is going to gently caress this country up real bad when it starts rolling.

I shorted yen yesterday because I bought into growth earning dips and I figured it would be a good hedge against the numbers this morning, in addition. Thanks for the idea.

Cushman Wakefield is where all our idiots go when they realize they'll never get promoted at a company with standards

Their current managing director is a creepy neckbeard who annoyed our receptionist with his advances once, and gave her a humongous bouquet of Apology Flowers that made everyone uncomfortable

Sup fellow commercial real estate services firm buddy. Nothing terrible to say about them in our market other than being a competitor, but I’m not sure I would know about some of those schenanigans.

Guys, you dont know the market cap of HMNY right now. The reason it is dropping 50% a day is because they are issuing new shares as fast as they can to cover operating expenses. The current float is literally unknown until there is a new SEC filing that discloses it.

The most recent disclosure was July 31st- "
As of July 31, 2018, there were 6,687,647 shares of the Company’s common stock outstanding."

From the July 24th filing - "As a result of the Reverse Stock Split, there will be approximately 1.685 million shares of Common Stock outstanding. The Reverse Stock Split will not affect the number of authorized shares of Common Stock, which is 5,000,000,000 shares."

So, POST SPLIT, they can still issue 5billion shares. I would bet the share count has tripled since the July 31st filing, could be 10x.... could be more. Fun to watch.

There are still plenty of people who are refusing to let go of their now worthless stock and owe thousands but are so far underwater that they can't close the trade now lest they be ruined, so the only way to balance people refusing to end the trade is to make short margins gigantic to cover the shares still out there in limbo.

Are they really able to suck up that much equity? I'm sure the execs got their cut last year, so why don't they just file for bankruptcy? Surely that's easier than trying to induce another pump to pay the lease on an office in the empire state building for 44 heads?

RH is going to end up owning moviepass haha.

E: I guess it doesn't hurt to keep issuing until it actually does stall but I woulda flew the coop last year if I was them. I guess they're not known for good judgement tho.

Can someone underwrite 5bn shares of my wee consulting business please too lol.
