Seriously, everything with COMSEC costs at least one and a half fewer kills and when you get to the higher streaks it's two and a half or three and a half. Also, UAV/CUAV are bonkers in this game. +25 on an assist instead of +10. Combine that with a Hellion to shoot down streaks and some of the support abilities like Recon and Crash and point whoring has never been so easy.

I barely played bo3 and have barely played this beta.. what is the difference between the two? What makes bo3 bad and bo4's beta good? To my eye they seem like the same game (except bo4 doesn't have advanced movement), but yeah I never really played bo3 at all.

Crash is my favorite because I can drop an Assault Pack, activate TAK-5, activate UAV and CUAV and then go sit down in a corner while my team gets my points for me.

I was playing on the PC yesterday and between points from comsec, recon (shoot your dinger at B) and UAV, I was chaining the starting streaks over and over again. Too easy.

Having not played a CoD game since BLOPS 2, this game seems like a complete regression from how I remembered the series. The animations seem really janky, and the environments and textures are flat out ugly (this does not look like a 2018 release at all). The gunplay is still pretty decent, but it really feels like they've just been releasing the same game over and over again since I last played (and somehow making it uglier each time). Playing this just made me wish EA didn't bungle Titanfall 2 so badly  .

on PC at least the animation look super janky, like the netcode or something isn't quite synced up with their animations. people will be running but also sort of like 'blinking' along their path, it's super jarring. also even at like 40 ping the killcams are drastically divergent from what i'm actually seeing on my side. i don't think it's bad, but the netcode definitely seems wonky.

There are a lot of things that feel extremely rushed and janky, and it is extremely off-putting for me. I was ADS near a corner of a building and it clipped my sight into the building and I was able to see inside (easily repeatable as well). The play of the game feature seems half-baked and looks incredibly awkward with a lot of clipping when it starts up most of the time. Killcams look like they are using stop-motion with how jumpy they are. People would leave my game and I would be stuck alone at a disadvantage for 2-3 minutes before the game decided to fill in new players. These little things start to add up and really detract from the actual gameplay. The netcode also seemed extremely shakey, but I assume/hope that was mostly due to the huge open beta influx of people. I'd be able to overlook a lot of the jankiess if the game was at least pretty, but it looks worse than I remember MW2 looking (which could just be rose colored glasses, but god drat). This just doesn't feel like a release by a huge studio who has done this a dozen times before, and instead feels like something being rushed out the door for a quick buck. Is that just what CoD games are nowadays? I was actually really excited for this beta, but it just ended up turning me off from the game almost entirely. Yeah I have definitely seen the jerky animations/movement despite everyone having a low ping. It's a little distracting. Instances of full on lag teleportation have been pretty rare, though.

Somebody please play this with me because holy gently caress are people loving terrible today. Had a team where I was the only one going positive. Next highest was loving 8 and 15. Also the semi auto shotty is garbage. Possibly the worst shotty ever in a treyarc cod.

I had it with long barrel, laser sight, and extra pellets and it still took 3 shots at minimum to kill a guy. Plus it doesn't get rapid fire so it's doubly bad. The brecci in blops 3 fires faster than it.
