How old is old enough to take a child to look at the civil engineering projects of the majestic American South West? I've never been to Vegas and the kid would get a kick out of the Hoover Dam I think?

Its a bad, dangerous, overprescribed drug that could easily be replaced by zopiclone or etizolam.

I used to take like 50mg of benadryl to help me sleep but apparently it might be, like, bad? It also sometimes made me super in the mornings. So now I'm taking 10mg of melatonin and it's nice to dream again and I'm much less . Except that now I itch like loving crazy all night all throughout hay fever season which wasn't a problem when I was taking huge doses of rather potent antihistamines.

i tried every loving sleep med under the sun before they put me on a low dose of this old-rear end depression med called doxepin. nothing else worked, but that did. no grogginess either. ask your doctor if doxepin can help.

I'm finally getting good sleep again after antidepressants basically annihilated having any kind of proper sleep schedule for me a few years ago all I did set a realistic schedule that I stick to, wear a sleep mask, and make sure I'm comfortable i really dont want to take any drugs that mess with sleep anymore after that experience
