Pretty OSHA picture from not that long ago. Most of the people killed in the bridge washout were from my hometown. The disaster helped spawn the term "debris torrent".

This is the reason why you should hire a group of industry specialists before you try to re-invent the industry. Scaling problems, product problems, PR problems... Seems like someone forgot to hire the logistics engineers to keep the system actually running, and capable of actually producing what was promised.
