I took real pictures of my titan. I'll start on basing it in the next few days as poo poo I ordered starts showing up.  Also painted a terminator librarian, but its comparatively boring and I didn't enjoy painting it anywhere near as much, just wanted to clear it out of my queue of built but unpainted poo poo.

Kill Team question: If I wanted to expand on the Admech from the box set, what should I get? More guns (aka another box of Rangers/Vanguards) or some Sicarian's for melee screening? I've only played AdMech once and they clowned on my brothers Space Marines via the power of guns so I feel like I have a bad idea of how to expand them.

Gonna do 5 intercessors next to get a basic kill team, then I have 3 inceptors and a contemptor dread which will bring it to a 500pt army. That will be used to beef my guard out, and end up with 1500pt force. I'm doing some test painting on guardsmen with the idea of making them Certusian Charnel Guard from the Ministorum cemetery world of Certus Minor. Tooth and Claw is looking awful tempting to flesh out a primaris force as well!

Psyched for the GSC pre-codex update. Bestial Vigor going from -1 damage (to minimum 1) to that plus FNP is great. Abominant having SitW is a nice bonus, especially since it will stack with actual Tyranid SitW. With the cost reductions it sounds really fun to have a few groups of Abominants/Aberrants to spring up and run wild on back lines. Finally finished my Buffalo Chicken. Counts as a Chariot of Tzeentch in my Warpwoods jungle daemons army (it's moderate toughness, flies, shoots fire, and can slam things in close combat if need be). The pure white on the flames seems to have messed with the camera a bit - the final yellow highlights on the feathers are much more prominent in real life, not as muddled into the orange as they look here. And here's the hatchlings that momma is protecting:

Hey The Sex Cannon, those Inceptors look loving rad. I have two thoughts on them though: I think you'd get a better result by pulling your basing rocks over the point where the plastic stand hits the base. Also, are you totally convinced by the colour for those plasma coils? I get the sense looking at them that you could crank the brightness up a notch or two and get a better look. Given that the armour has such sharp highlights, the plasma coils kind of blend into that and look almost like a part of the armour. Maybe moving into the Baharroth Blue/other ultrablue-white spectrum might make them stand out a bit more against the razor sharp black.

I did the flight stands like that because it's easy and i can assemble them after spraying and varnishing. I'll experiment with piling up some rocks to hide the stand's base after NOVA. As for the blue, my recipe is Kantor Blue base -> Teclis Blue edge -> Baharroth Blue edge -> White Scar edge with the edges getting progressively smaller to get that blue-white gradient. What other colors would you suggest I try?
