Fentanyl is no joke, given that we use it in MICROgrams in comparison to most pain killers where it's in milligrams, you can get someone insanely high. The most I've ever seen given was like 6,300 micrograms of Fentanyl for a cardiac surgery. I mean that's only 6.3 miligrams of fentanyl in terms of gross weight, so that poo poo is dangerous.
