I would imagine this is going to get patched, but you can force maps by using a divine vessel with a rare map and use the "random map of the same tier" it will keep telling you that you cannot use the divine vessel in that map until you hit a map that works with the divine vessel. its the same distinction that makes enchants like "damage penetrates x resists if you havent killed recently" very good for traps and totems. you are never killing anything only your totems are.

The cast speed VD Enchant is usually dirt cheap, so it helps this build a lot. I don't like self-flag, soul mantle, kikazaru. You're sacrificing defense with those ring and chest slots.

As an FYI, much like the labyrinth traps, Darkness damage doesn't take Mind Over Matter style effects into account. I last until 23 stacks with MOM on, but only 19 without it (with or without gear, so it's definitely % based), so it's great for exploring between checkpoints in the mines.

Why do people use spell echo with spectres? All the tooltips I see and when its in the socket doesnt show it linking with the skill.  Is it a tooltip error?

Supports linked to minion gems will also support any skills the minions use. Make sure that you only insert spell echo after you have raised your spectres, otherwise you'll raise two at a time and wont have control over which ones you raise.

Thanks. Guess I've been running sub optimal spectres for the last few days. They still have been shredding things for me though, so its not a huge loss.

I've noticed some other similar errors, like Curse on Hit saying it will link with minion gems. Take it with a grain of salt I guess.

Like others have said it works just fine with spectre casts and is a significant dps boost - especially with solars as it turns them into rapid fire death turrets.

Anyone else getting insane latency spikes when going to most maps? Sitting in town my ping is usually 30ms or so but the second I start almost any map it randomly spikes between 100-1000. This hasn't been A Thing for me before and I'm 100% convinced it's on GGG's side.

Apparently there is a problem with the instance servers or something so sometimes you will just have horrendously bad latency. I assume that is still ongoing - reset the instance if you can. Hope it wasnt a fully chiselled corrupted guardian map with zana mods!
