Yeah but he can do that in week 10 and it’s not a negotiable item.

correct. Bell has little to no leverage unless Conner gets injured.

Lost amidst the Ravens' 47-3 drubbing of the Bills is that Alex Collins gained only 13 yards on 7 carries and lost a fumble. Not a great start.

Did they pull him early since game was out of hand? He did get a TD.

Basically. The TD came on the first drive and the ground game just wasn't really working while Flacco quickly connected with his guys for three passing TDs. So it got lopsided quick and his low volume is mostly a result of that. But the fumble is still a concern. That's Collins' biggest weakness.

You guys think Bell will come back sooner because Conner is performing well? Doesn't seem like Pit has much incentive to negotiate if Conner is pretty close to the same production.

That was the risk LVB took; that his backup could perform well enough to screw his negotiation position.

I hope that holds out, I was able to get Conner (and started) in both my money leagues.

No Decepticon in history, and I say this with great surety, has been treated worse or more unfairly.
So I took a risk...kept Watson and traded away Luck. Got Kerryon Johnson, Edelman, and Crabtree so the return was nice. I decided to pick up Winston as a precaution. Watson proceeds to suck rear end. I figure I could tread water until Winston comes back. Then Fitzmagic pulls his bullshit.

Also here's a fun game. FantasyPros consensus projections has Drew Brees throwing 37 passes today. Distribute 37 targets among the following players (Cam Meredith is inactive):
- Michael Thomas
- Ted Ginn
- Ben Watson
- Alvin Kamara
- Some combination of Josh Hill, Dan Arnold, Austin Carr, Tommylee Lewis, Tre'Quan Smith, Mike Gillislee (note: Gilly has caught 16 passes total since 2013).

edit: wait Jonathan Williams is on NO again?

Answer: Thomas and Kamara combine for 25 catches on 29 targets.

If anyone has ever thought about switching to MFL, don’t. Half the time you can’t even check your team’s score, all your players just show as having 0’s. Now randomly every player in the league has like 30+ points for no reason. It’s the worst fantasy platform I have ever used. Oh and I paid to use it too!

MFL is too close to NFL.com and so it is suck by association.

Do any of you guys understand what is happening in the Broncos game RE: Freeman vs. Lindsay? Today was the first time I've ever even heard Lindsay's name and yet he seems to be playing in every series. Did I miss an injury or something?

He did well in preseason. Not sure if this is a gamescript issue or what.

At least against Arizona, yes.

I think this might be a Jeremy Hill / Giovanni Bernard situation, which is good.
