Certainly if he thinks of himself as fat enough that it would affect him socially, that’s incel-level body dysmorphia similar to what a lot of these developing school shooters seem to have. he isn't that fat even. his face looks a little hosed up but that might be the camera, he also has a lisp. but all that poo poo is fixable and ignoreable if you have a good heart/pesonatlity but he doesn't. he has the toxic mix of "woe is me" and "i am a nazi".

There were all those stories about Elliot Neverscored striking out constantly because whenever he managed to overcome his rage at not being approached by millions of beautiful women enough to try talking to one he'd immediatly be intensely creepy and aggressive. Good video games humanize NPCs by fleshing them out as characters anyway. Not even the player character has "internal monologue" or whatever they think makes you a complete human being, because all options were predetermined by the goddamned writers and programmers.
