It feels like the offseason thread discussing barbecue, but for what it is worth I usually get my pulled pork with baked beans and collard greens when available. Sweet potato, French fries, and corn are acceptable alternatives. I'm probably forgetting a few sides. For me, quality sides are pretty drat important in barbecue.
