Four, if you count that body-swap thing from right after Claremont left. For a character who's notorious for dying a lot, she's actually relatively low on the scoreboard. Wonder Man, for example, is at least one up on her.

Not counting dark futures or alternate universes, off the top of my head: "Fall of the Mutants," "Enemy of the State," his current death and resurrection storyline, and maybe half credit for that Jason Aaron story where a demon trapped his soul in hell for a while. Wolverine dies a lot, but it also tends to be in ways that visibly aren't canon. You could also probably give him half a point for the Marc Guggenheim story from the first Civil War where Logan gets skeletonized by Nitro and gets back up, since that was such a bullshit story that it forced Guggenheim to go back later and write the infamous "Angel of Death" rear end-pull.

Is there a colour theory reference in regards to emotions you guys are making? It wouldn't be new for me for minor off hand utterances and details to be long ranged foreshadowing considering Bleach had stuff laid out 200-300 chapters ahead at times, like the Upside Down ghost.

The good parts of 8-Bit Theater are still very very good, but the parts where it is just "hey, isn't this RPG thing weeeird?" or the filler stuff haven't aged as well.
