Yeah I was kinda thinking that jetpacks that size probably would only go for like 10 seconds anyway. My guess is that after being diced by helicopter blades and reassembled that the jetpacks just don't function properly.

I think Golden Claw has already forgotten why he was fleeing, which is that these two each demonstrated the ability to rip through metal with their bare hands, literally punching his helicopter out of the sky. Golden Claw must be so goddamn drunk to pick this fight. Maybe that's why Fisk was driving.
