Looks great ... like a shard of glass but is probably a bit hazardous to actually play as there are plenty of sharpish edges ! A unique piece .... would make a really superb wall hanger or could be played if you are into Glam Rock ! "

Those two strats are stupid and rad. For entirely different reasons.

I'd beat his rear end, and make his woman hold my purse." a phrase I've heard before. lol She would be pissed If I put money in this guy's pocket because we've talked about business owners who push their point of view on everyone. All of the women in my life can take care of themselves, and absolutely hate these fake white knights, and feminists speaking for them. Okay, this is epic

Hey guys, so I'm kinda selling a bunch of my poo poo due to money concerns and I have some guitars I want to sell; what's the best avenue for doing so? I'm really familiar with eBay since I've been selling on it for years but I don't like that they take a cut, though I think I'd Craiglist wouldn't being hitting a lot of people and I know some would be low balling. I also have never shipped a guitar and I don't know how expensive that gets or how to even pack one up.

Reverb is really good. I've used it a ton. I even had a guitar I sold get damaged during shipping and they took care of everything and charged me nothing for it.

Reverb is really good. But ever since I found out about it like two years ago, it has caused me to buy so much stupid music poo poo, it's becoming ridiculous. Seeing cool poo poo for a lot cheaper than retail is cool but gets expensive. Be warned. Edit: Like in the last two months I've bought a Supro Rythym-master for like half its retail price, a big muff, a Furman power conditioner/pedal board, and a Line 6 HX effects. It's getting ridiculous. Malaria fucked around with this message at 23:00 on Oct 16, 2018 |

Planet X posted:What you selling? A Yamaha CG-101 Classical Guitar, Epiphone Les Paul Standard, and my Buckethead Les Paul Standard. And thanks guys, I'll give Reverb a go. How does it work in regards to getting the most money out of my guitars? I'm banking on the Buckethead LP to bring me the most and I even have a rare white stretch strap for it that Buckethead used to use which isn't made anymore. I also fitted it with Straplocks and one of those Robotic Tuners but I have all of the original hardware if someone wants to restore it. The robotic tuner didn't modify the guitar at all and used the existing tuning head screw holes.

I hate myself for not buying one when they were available. Buckethead is my favorite guitarist It will sell super fast on Reverb. I've watched a few of them, and they always sell pretty fast. I'd probably put all the original hardware back on, people are weird about poo poo like that. Malaria fucked around with this message at 23:46 on Oct 16, 2018 |

That's the thing, I dunno how much I could get for it, so I dont know what my asking offer would be. It's not the Studio that had the lacquer finish, it's completely matte. Basically the lower end model. But I have no clue how much they go for since I cant even find one online. I also have the vanilla scented case Gibson made for it. I wouldn't mind selling it to you if you're interested, I just want to make sure I can get what I can first.

The last high end model one I saw on Reverb sold for 3400 bucks. Idk about other models though. I would totally buy it but I've spent a bunch of money recently on gear and need to like stop doing that lol. You will have no problem selling it I imagine. List it for what you paid for it plus like 500 bucks or something and see if anyone makes an offer.

Did Gibson ever make any other LPs that were 27 inch scale like the Buckethead one? I always thought that one was cool but I don't think I could manage to play it.

Well it was a gift from my mom, so I dont know what she paid, I think it was around $1400. Should I just say gently caress it and put it up for $1800-$2000?

Yeah, and make it so you will take offers on it, someone might offer you like 1750 or some poo poo for it. izagoof posted:Did Gibson ever make any other LPs that were 27 inch scale like the Buckethead one? They did make a SG though that's got the 27" scale, and it looks like the Buckethead Les Paul too:

I bring that home in a month, and not only does that rad motherfucker in the flannel shirt get that in a one-time payment, but that donator had enough cash lying around to give this guy that much for...whatever this is. When my last band broke up we split up our net profit for the year we performed together and it amounted to about $40 each.
