Crazy strong lawman trying to take down the gangs while their colleagues mostly don't care or are working with the bad guys, while upper management have plans that transcend the street level drama but will probably end up getting everyone killed? I think Juggs used Patram sword hand. Empty Palm, Empty Palm... This is crazy talking, but maybe this is another training thing, like if the proper form of Empty Palm was a lovely fist with your knuckles partway out and the tips of your fingers are literally not buried in your palm like with a normal-rear end fist, you could train by forcing yourself to hold the correct form or break your thumbs
