come on bad refs, be bad for us this time

I mean clearly his arm was going forward but these refs are awful

The Cowboys are not built to play from behind. They're hardly built to play offense in the 2010s at all.

i dont think The Fix Is In(yet) i just think the refs are absurdly bad. i dont know that ive ever seen them just randomly spot a ball 2+ yards infront of where the receiver went down, way ahead of where any offensive player had ever even been on the play.

The last time these two teams played in Baltimore I watched Joe Flacco yell at a ref for 10 minutes while they held the play clock until the ref threw a flag in his favor that no replay was shown to justify so I have zero pity.

I still remember when a folded piece of paper was used to find the first down on the chains.

its almost entirely the lines job to stop this from happening. i dont know what a qb could possibly do to stop a guy who disengaged from jumping. the lineman should be hitting those dudes

the reason they arent and its happening a lot this year is probably cause they are all just handing off everything and giving up space cause they have like 3 dudes who suck at pass blocking on the line and they are trying to not suck

In the first tipped pass he spent the entire dropback staring directly at the receiver and never looked anywhere else while gently pumping his arms.

He's never been good at cycling through his options. I've always felt like he sticks with the plan and rarely deviates. So if those guys are open it's great. But if not he will struggle. Luckily our guys are better this year so the main option is more likely to be open.
