Just lol at me for being an ambitious land clearer when we build our house. After mowing 3 acres for 10 years I have slowly let the woods reclaim a few feet at a time and might be down to 2.5 acres of mowing. 1 would be plenty. Leave all the trees unless they are threatening to fall on your house.

Motorola getting on board with DIY: https://motherboard.vice.com/en_us/...urce=reddit.com My son has a G4 Play that I've rebuilt two times, once for just a broken screen, the second time because he rage threw it. That required a new chassis along with screen. The damned thing is still working fine. I've been impressed with that and the Nexus 6 that I had. Go Motorola.

I am lucky that my house does not have this problem, but I was just helping my buddy rip out the carpets in his and his dads house(both the same neighborhood as me) due to water intrusion. meatpimp posted:Motorola getting on board with DIY: https://motherboard.vice.com/en_us/...urce=reddit.com Thats good to see. I have been pretty happy with my moto x4, not the fastest phone but its pretty much vanilla android(I didn't get the android one version due to needing a phone ASAP), does everything I need it to and you can get them for $250 new. has been pretty tough so far, cracked the back panel glass cause I was without a case for the first few weeks, but not bad enough to effect anything.

A dehumidifier in the basement is completely normal in the Midwest but that's still good advice. I run my dehumidifier spring through fall and then run humidifiers all winter so I can pet my cats without getting shocked.

I run my dehumidifier spring through fall and then run humidifiers all winter so I can pet my cats without getting shocked. Normal, but not ideal. In the late '90s one of the current waterpoofing systems came about, where there's a waterproofing membrane sprayed on the foundation, then backfilled with a porous material between the earth and the foundation. My house has that, with fiberglass insulation as the porous material But the system works spectacularly well... I can use my moisture meter on the care walls or finished drywall down there and they are just dead dry. It's a huge selling point, because it is extremely common to walk down into musty basements, and that poo poo drives me nuts.

Somewhat Heroic posted:Monday at work usually keeps me occupied and I missed lottery chat. I don't have the lottery in Utah but if I were to win I would spend an absolute ton of it. I would help as many people as I could. I wouldn't work again. Set up trusts for the kids and live a nice life. I don't think I would be able to blow through hundreds of millions of dollars like those horror stories you read about. I would buy a nice house in the mountains of Park City/Deer Valley here in Utah and then have a vacation property somewhere warm. I would have ten different cars and other internal combustion powered toys. I would take up hobbies to a more serious degree like photography and videography. I would spend more time outdoors with my family. I would nurture whatever passions my kids find in themselves and push them to be the best at it. I've thought some more about a big lottery win: I'd get a reasonably large house, but the garage would be perfect: white walls, spotless epoxy floor and huge tool chests and pegboards of brand name tools. And none of them would ever be used. They'd sit there perfect and shiny in this dustless shrine. Their only purpose would be to inspire jealousy in any man who visited me. Just as effective and much less hassle than a trophy wife with huge silicone boobs and a low IQ.

Funny how those associations work.

It's me I am now a true used car dealership in America's dong. The amount of goofy hoops you have to jump through seems like a lot, but ultimately the whole ordeal is just a bunch of checks against if you read what you are asked to do or not and can think in a defensive manner. What used to cost me $375 toward the state now costs $95 on each car, and the busywork has evaporated. I no longer have to work with my (personal) auto insurance to insure the vehicle before I can get it titled and registered, as with dealer plates that all simply ~goes away~. Dealer plates and the blanket insurance policy means I have a insurance card and registration that follows the plates and covers whatever vehicle they are attached to. It owns *so much*.

I replaced the battery on my Nexus 6P a couple months ago and it looked ugly, but one step at a time and it went fine, heat gun and all.

The gently caress Paypal? You say my instant transfer was completed, Wells Fargo says they see an ACH that will be available on Monday, and you're pointing fingers at each other for loving up? I use Paypal for instant xfers all the time (since one of my jobs kinda pays me through that shitheap), and I've never had a cockup like this. gently caress both of you. Wells Fargo was my backup bank account anyway, Paypal is my "ohshit" for transferring money. Both y'all can go gently caress each other.
