Okay so I've been doing some thinking about how hosed the Senate is and I always hear this argument from chuds that we must have the senate so that land is allowed to vote.

So, I could probably find more recent data, but I decided to look up how much agricultural output there is per state and it turns out at least in 2004 in America we produced about 241,241,404,000 dollars worth of ag.

I decided to expand the senate to 200 members and then I multiplied % of total us ag output by 200:

Congress passed authorization for the invasion of Iraq in 2002. If Trump wants to try and make it a War on Terror war to avoid Congress it'll be an openly partisan military campaign from the start and I have no idea how that'll shake out.
