This is the arc where Allison learns how to win fights without relying on Maybe This Will Kill Me, Maybe It Won't, Let's Find Out. Which means her "competent heroine" weight class is still somewhere around middle-of-the-road devils, as opposed to her "furious dumbass" weight class, which is gods.

Something might be going on here - so Allison reckons she could take the angel, who seemed pretty evenly matched with White Chain last time. So at least she thinks she's better than White Chain already? And she didn't seem to know the angel (Delicious something?) got Wheeled, which White Chain definitely know. She might have run off on her own here? (Unless they just assumed she'd hired a new one)

At one point early on in the comics' conception, demon and devil MIGHT have meant the same thing, but it's pretty clear reading over the comic "devil" is a specific type of entity and "demon" is a common pejorative.
