We're going to need unified control of government to get anything done, and there is no tighter margin than the Senate. It's impossible to know how equivalently likely different candidates are to defeat Trump, but I believe there are others at least equally likely to defeat him. Assuming that is the case, then another candidate would be a better option for that reason. I'm not saying he should stay out of the race, and depending on what the primary field looks like by Super Tuesday, I may very well vote for him, but the Ohio seat should not be treated lightly.

I'm in no way justifying their actions and I think its much more terrible than tragic, but the environment they're in seems toxic as gently caress if this kind of thing doesn't draw any attention from local adults. They should leave before they rot there, which is why I think its probably wrong to try to get them denied to colleges. Most of the people that stayed in the lovely white suburban hell I grew up in are still garbage people, its not a great place to learn about racism.
