Boxers are some great loving dogs. Yeah, not the smartest but they can be well behaved if taught by the right person, loyal, and they love the poo poo out of you. Plus, they literally box. Like when they are puppies they will get on their hind legs and throw their front legs at you repeatedly. It's adorable.

 My parents have a sheltie (which I raised when I was living there), and he is amazing. My brother was telling me about when he was a party one time. The owner of the place had a sheltie and everyone was having a normal time. The sheltie was running around and nipping at the heels of everyone and they all thought it was funny. Well after an hour or so, everyone finally realized they were all standing in the center of the room and the sheltie had herded them in there.

Well, sometimes the birds didn't really like this, and as soon as he'd take off after the ball, they'd begin strafing / dive bombing him relentlessly. Those birds hated the gently caress out of my dog
