I’m fairly sure they soak the meat with a saline solution to firm it up. Probably means while it’s fresh it may be too flabby for western tastes since I’ve never seen it offered fresh at any price.

Yo fellow crabpeople I need your help, im doing a fanzine for (art) school and so far it's all techno dystopia so I figure I would lighten the mood with some lovely CRABS. So I would really appreciate any good and cool crab-facts,tidbits and crab-pictures, or other good crab stuff. I dont have a lot of space so please no wall of text. Tldr: please post crab propaganda.
