I mean it's basically impossible to cut that corner to the FIA's definition of all 4 wheels outside the white (or yellow here) line, and you're going to murder your exit on the run up the hill and gain zero advantage by doing so anyway. I like using those harder kerbs as a cutting deterrent (mostly because it pisses off F1 drivers who consider corner cutting to be their divine right), but there's no reason for it to be on that corner.

That’s a pretty glib way to look at it. The only thing that kept her from flying into a casino was a quad- (or quintuple?) stack of Armco barrier. I wouldn’t be too happy with that result. Flying cars are almost always the last thing you want.

There was an article in Motorsport Magazine just last week about how cheap Renault F1 has been.

I wouldn't be so sure about the state of the RNA.
