The rest of them are 100% just in it for the grift and will change any ethical or moral standard in a heartbeat. Of course the true believers will change their ethics any time they have to, because conservatives are almost always willing to break laws and norms whenever it helps them. Whether it’s because “God is on their side”, or the Libs were already doing it (they weren’t), or it’s necessary for “security” (it’s not). Any excuse really. Conservatives have no moral backbone, and I’m not sure they ever have at any point in history.
