i have no doubt that the tether guy really does have a poo poo ton of actual USD cash but also that its way less than $2.5B and that how much cash they actually have doesnt matter because they have 0 interest in exchanging it to receive their tethers back. giving away actual currency and taking their tethers back is exactly the opposite of the point of printing so much tether
