Greenland and the Faroe Islands are probably the closest you'll get, since they're technically not members of the Union any European trade deals, but they're treated as regions of Denmark with regards to free movement, and it probably carries over to trade as well. Then there's a couple states like Switzerland and Norway, which aren't part of the Union, but are party to the Free Trade Association.
