They did the one with To Kill a Mockingbird footage in it last night. I don't know what I was expecting, but they just played parts of the movie on the Simpsons TV (they were acting like it was gonna be integrated into the show or something). Lisa starts admiring Homer as an Atticus Finch-type father when he goes on a rant in a kids clothing store about how the store sexualizes children. Bart starts acting out because Lisa's getting all the attention, and Homer has to talk down a mob when Bart switches all the keys at a valet station. This episode was actually pretty good. There's a funny running gag with a school therapist who only has 45 seconds for each kid. Also Grandpa punched Bart in the face at one point.

Has the Simpsons already had an episode where Marge is sexually harassed and starts a movement called #ialso and then it goes too far and every man ends up in jail and then Marge learns the lesson that women actually have it pretty good? If they haven't done it yet, they're definitely gonna.

They did that one where she got sexually harassed by Mr.Burns and then fired when she objected to it and she and Homer tried to sue him but it didn't help because he has a good legal team the end.

Literally no one watched it. But HBO kept renewing the show. It must have cost nothing to make, but all three seasons are top-tier television in my opinion. The animation is more Dr. Katz than Groening but if you can get past it the characters are great, the way Tim constantly fucks up his life is great. I love it.

I dunno, Critic may be like a sister show since the animation style is similar, but I feel like Duckman actually has the cynicism and heart of the early years

No but he talks exactly like that IRL and his family is all super dry so being around 2+ of them at once really feels like everyone else has a script and you don’t. I loved it.

HBO just did that with a show called "Animals," which is like barely animated and seems to be a lot of improv. I've never seen anyone anywhere talk about it and it wrapped up its third season recently. Apparently they just cancelled it, but I'm shocked it got more than a season.
