It doesn't read like a native English speaker wrote it because a bot wrote it. That said even if they are overseas (likely) and in a country that won't offer them up (less likely but still quite possible), their spamming operation will most likely still be mapped out and dismantled. The big guns like Microsoft usually ignore the botnets behind email spam in favor of ransomware operators but I think this would get their attention.

That said, it's been noised around that the Enquirer/AMI guy had a safe shelf full of Donald Trump Things (not just the MacDougal story), and SDNY made a very particular point of saying they were cooperating fully with SDNY inquiries, so there might be some interesting stuff in the pipeline.
