Assuming the pic is to scale ( ) and measuring off the SUV, it looks like ~30 foot tall, ~7.5 inch wide artistically crafted steel slats with ~10 inch gaps.Or in other words, you'd need over 7 million of those things to cover the whole border. $25 billion comes out to around $3.5K per slat.
