Well, I haven't got a PS4, I've never seen this game before, and I'm annoyed by people treating irony as the highest form of humor.

It also influenced a number of other video games and designers, inspiring such titles as Ico, Metal Gear Solid, Silent Hill, and even Delphine's later Flashback.

In a certain case - I believe it's when a refresh happens and the last post loaded in is the last post of a page - it'll stop auto-refreshing and you'll just have to do it manually and click to the last page. Happens a lot late at night when there's not much posting, but almost never happens during prime time.

this is a remaster, as the '20th anniversary edition' should have clued you in to.

Maybe it should, but there's been games called "anniversary edition" which never had an original release so since this runners gimmick is that irony is the highest form of humor, I figured this was all ironic.
