Everyone will tell you that boy babies love to pee when you have their diaper off but one thing people don't tell you is that when they pee it's absolutely silent. So sometimes you will be leaning down for something and just feel piss hit your back or sometimes you'll look away for a second and then when you come back everything is wet.

So what exactly is closed during the federal shutdown? Because the local VA hospital is still clearly open judging by all the cars in the parking lot and the local veterans home is still open judging by all the cars in the parking lot but there is this big Federal campus right across the street from the local VA hospital that has some cars but not as many as there usually are and also there is a larger than normal amount of turkeys roaming around so is that part of the shutdown or what
