Only Yukari, Junpei, and Mitsuru even have parents in P3 and Mitsuru's dad eats it halfway through. Actually, let's be fair. Koromaru might have a mom and dad somewhere, but they're still dogs.

there's apparently a bit in P5D where ryuji talks about how he learned to make lemon tea when he was little because he didn't want to keep bothering his mom for it and it was very sweet

The P5 cast in particular stands out when it comes to absent parents. Maaku's dumped him on some friend of a friend of an acquaintance Ryuji's mom is around but never seen in game and his dad is off being an abusive piece of poo poo somewhere else Ann's parents apparently ditch her to do fashion stuff for most of the year Yusuke's mom is dead and his father is nonexistent Makoto's parents are both dead Futaba's mom is dead and her father is nonexistent (though there's a hilarious fan theory on this) Haru's mom is dead and her father gets iced in game Goro's mom is dead and his father...is Shido

If I remember right, Akihiko and Shinjiro were orphans? And Junpei's dad was kind of... not great, in the same way that Ryuji's is. But my memories on 3 are fuzzy.

Great job Arist! And thank you for sticking with this all the way through. Now that it's all said and done, I can see the ideas they wanted to present, but wow, it's disjointed and could of done with some more reworking. Let's hope for P6 to be much better written and with less terrible sexism!

Holy poo poo you finished it. But yeah, like others have said, I can see the game's intention, but either through ham hands or time constraints, some parts of it felt clunky and just... problematic. Regardless, I'd still consider this a good game. Thanks for LPing it!
