This is why I enjoy living in Chesterfield - while certain areas are discouraged from being used, a common place for the homeless to sleep is the porch of the city council building - that same building serves a free breakfast for rough sleepers. It's not perfect, I think the temp fence the council put in front of the alcoves at the bus shelters behind the little mall was meant to deter them from gathering there, but it's better than most places.

I lived in Cardiff for years and queen street is poo poo anyway. Full of out of towners in circles gawking at crap magicians like it’s the greatest thing they’ve ever seen. Turn the whole place into a homeless camp for all I care.

I worked at a Public Library when I was paying my way through College. I was the only one on staff under 50. I am not at all surprised that all those library memes are like that. That being said, they're all cute and pretty harmless.

Actual consumption of political representatives will not happen until several years of further movement left.
