Isn't that just normal winter weather, though? And in the proper season? We've had a couple feet off and on the past few months in Minnesota, too, but it's hardly "extreme weather".

I'd be more concerned about 50/50 antifreeze/water freezing at that temperature.

Luckily thats a wind chill chart which doesn't count for your engine block exploding... though cars are not big fans of the -25 to -30 the air temp will be.
