My mum just called to tell me my old cat had to be put down today. He was an old cat, almost 18 years old. That was the last link to my old life and my family. Not sure if there will be much more contact. Now I'm truly alone. Requesting pictures of happy Abyssinian cats, please.

My MIL got kittens yesterday! The grey one is Frankie. He's bigger and likes exploring. The black one is his sister Gracie, she's a sweetheart and a little shy. I am SO EXCITED to go down and meet them this weekend.

Believe it or not that is a lot of lotl, most lotls are quite little lotls. I mean they grow more sure but lotl's are little. Just don't give them iodine as they evolve and are not longer lotl or little.

I once read a short story about an axolotl where the narrator got super high and started out looking at an axolotl and then suddenly he became the axolotl and switched bodies and was looking back at himself. I love those axolotls.

Once my parents came home and half the bran muffins were missing. They thought my brother had taken them until they realized "Where's the dog?" They found her with a distended belly lying in the hall. Dad said she spent the next 12 hours outside dropping the biggest dumps ever seen. Labs.

My friend's Chihuahua did this but with a big pot of old off pasta from the garbage. It looked about twice as big and could only lay on its side wheezing until we encouraged it to barf the rotting pasta up...
