I'm pretty sure I've seen that kid turn up in several of Richard Littler's Scarfolk images, I have a sneaking suspicion that Littler uses old 70s photos from his own family photo albums. It might even be him as a kid. Also rest assured that he does not take Nazism lightly. babies all look the same, and babies grow over time, so if they asked him he coulda picked a random nazi people's baby and said "this was the baby, but I took the picture two years ago so obviously this three-year-old doesn't look exactly the same any more" and what could they possibly do? Same with the jewish baby, by the time that poo poo was done the baby wouldn't have looked so identical as to be unmistakably that baby

Anyway, without getting into a whole thing, '35 was still fairly early and the photographer might have been a centrist.
