I saw an English sub on the cable channel Nickelodeon back in the mid-late 80's.

Didn't Robotech get aired in the early Toonami days? I know we definitely had it in the U.S. at SOME point, cause I remember seeing it in the program listings, and hearing people talk about it when I was a kid (never saw it myself, though).
