Alright, I figured it was that but I wasn't too sure. It's not a bad gun but unless they're a terrible shot or I have something to duke in and out of between shots, I'm usually dead meat after the first shot. Which took me by surprise because I've been in matches where people were absolutely savage with the thing. Is there a tutorial on how Zero's hacking works? I noticed when a hack is going on, I can see where the person doing it on the UI. Is that because they're accelerating the hacking or does that appear normally? I also noticed that if I killed Zero after I've been hack, it clears my system. Is it a set time or any time after the hack? That happened to me as well, but I still get Ice Pick assists?

Does this game hardlock anyone else's PS4 Pro? Before today I've been having a grand old time but now, at random, the game would just hardlock my PS4 loading in matches. And not even a loading screen. Just as the match starts after character select. Black screen. Closing the app does nothing. Turning off the PS4 from the menu just leaves it hanging. Edit: Welp, this night is loving trash. Went to swap out the disc out of my PS4 and tripped getting back up. Given I wast flustered and frustrated at having to deal with these hardlocks I tried to catch myself and I reached out for my coffee table with the hand the disc was in, like an idiot. Treyarch prob forgot to add Zero to the Specialists mode, so here's some bits about how to hack as her from a primarily Zero main. Ice Pick is detected when the hack starts, I believe. Which is usually after you press Square to start it and to speed it up. I haven't tried non-accelerated hacking because holy poo poo that is the easiest way to die. I think if Zero dies DURING her hacking, it gets cleared from players. Memory's fuzzy but I remember that streaks/some equipment stay hacked if you die as you're getting the players. Ice Pick Assists come from if someone kills anyone you hacked AND they didnt have it cleaned out yet. Usually, just hack and sit back. Not as much points as Crash's Golden Ammo assists, but if you do the killing, it's the same amount. Anything else I forgot? I'd recommend utilizing your Disruptor more if you dont got an Ice Pick ready. It still tells enemy streaks to go gently caress itself reliably enough.

I just checked and it looks like you could get real disc from amazon for 40 bucks right now and a used copy for like 35. I guess it depends on how much you enjoy the game.

So Apex Legends is so good that it finally pushed me to the point where I like BR. I’ve been trying to give Blackout another shot on the side but no matter what I do when queueing for quads it ends up sticking me in solo. What’s the deal?

I tend to just use the time to try and gently caress over another squad though lately ive been seeing how far i can get on the rankings solo. It really really teaches you where cover is when you know at any moment 4 fuckers might end your run. Often times i can make it to #2 solo though its rare the last team is wounded enough for a solo effort to get me a win

If the issue you're having is game not allowing to join a squad, do duos instead. Duos as solo is really fun. Also I'm getting instant queues for Blackout any time I play on PS4 so there seems to be plenty of activity still. I have to preface this by saying I'm not a good player, but my buddy and I managed our 4th duos win last night, second of the week. The thing that sucks is either I carry to the victory and he sucks or I suck and he dominates. We rarely ever have a game where we both play well.

Literally the only thing they unlock are the various BO player skins. Everything else is done through in game challenges. However the longer you stay alive (or watch your team), the more time you get credited towards the lootboxes.

Alrighty. Wasn't a dig at the game mode I was just surprised that I didn't get anything in a game that likes to dole out exp for everything. I also try to keep sliding down hills. It's pretty decent and I'm terrible at these modes. I think I like the feel of Apex more but I'll keep at this one. Take a break from TDM and other multiplayer modes. How is queuing up for squad action while solo? Also how do I earn paint cans? That Blue tiger stripe skin is very much my jam. Edit: Beefed up post a bit. Look on beds or shelves in houses. Lying on the ground or around work sites in industrial areas. Look in the middle of the road. Look at random rocks. Some games you'll find close to a dozen and some games you might only get a few. And some games you just forget to look for them.

If you want to play duos/quads with random pubbies just deploy with the 'Fill Squad' option set to ON. If you want to play those modes solo, set it to OFF. That option will be visible just above the deploy button in the BO duos/quads lobby. You won't see it in the solo lobby. Yes, you can play a Quads game solo.
