Fixing both problems in a way that they stay fixed instead of vanishing in a storm of racism and greed within a few governments would require political will that also enables you to implement a much better benefits system that accounts for individual circumstances instead of an one size fits all solution with little to no concern for how well it actually works. One of the arguments FOR basic income is that it would make people be able to choose to pay less or more rent. Right now minimum rents trend towards the asumistuki maximum since tenants don't see any significant saving from cheaper options. Landlords have a pool of guaranteed tenants up to a certain price point. This makes cheap rental apartments a good investment, and the demand for them by landlords is only inhibited by average apartment size regulation etc. But the high demand does also get reflected in the pricing of larger apartments.

Yes checking if the bill works with the constitution is a blatant political game. Don't let such trivialities like right to privacy stop the process. I find it hilarious that such a patriotic twerp like Niinistö thinks the constitution is more of a hindrance, not apparently remembering the real historical and patriotic background of the document. From who did we establish our national sovereignty, unless he's one of those old school Czar loving patriots.

I'm not worried about the pain during or afterwards (excepting the pain of a dry socket), I just get anxious when I feel like I'm stuck in a vulnerable position.
