Is a third season of Threedom just dead in the water? I keep seeing notifications for "New Episodes", and it's always just an old ep coming out from behind the paywall. Anyone heard anything?

Can I expand on this and ask WTF Stitcher is doing? The widow Howlapp had more content years ago. This release schedule is pathetic and Earwolf should be ashamed to put their back catalogue on such a worthless service. I would cancel except for Hollywood Handbook and Questions for Lenon. Then maybe it'd be worth resubscribing one month per year to catch up Threedom/RBTV/etc like people do with HBO Now.

I mean, I'm more than happy to pay the meager price just for HH pro. I get more entertainment out of that every week than I do from Netflix or HBO and those cost way more.

Plus I listen to old podcast eps to fall asleep, but that's not really a feature I'm happy to pay for since they used to be free.

If you subscribe around Black Friday it's very cheap... I think I paid around 17 bucks for a year.

Yeah, it's cheap but I'd rather pay $10 or $15 / month and get 2 more A tier podcast episodes a week

Boy, Voyage to the Stars is just not funny at all. Janet Varney gets a couple of good lines in it, I guess, but it is interesting boring overall. I'm gonna give it a bit of a chance, but it's a bad start.

Yeah, I listened to the first episode, and was not impressed by it.

It's a good cast, but I agree. It might take them a few weeks to find their groove, I hope they get there.

It's a good premise, a good cast who've done other stuff I like, and even the character archetypes are good, but I feel like they just weren't doing well at the improv aspects, which kind of surprised me given the cast. I might check back in a month or two down the line to see if they've settled into it.

It did throw me off a bit that the guy playing the (actual) captain sounded like he was just doing a Zapp Brannigan impression, but I guess he's only in that first episode so that shouldn't be a problem moving forward.

There are definitely, like, the bones of a good show there, but something's just off, I think. My guess is a combination of slight over-scripting and over-editing.

e: I didn't even make it all the way through the first episode before skipping to the planet visit. The characters didn't even interact for the first half of it, which is actually when the other 2 episodes feel at their best.
