worst espresso story: went to a concert in tinley park, il. and decided to get a coffee. little mom & pop shop, order an espresso. she's like: 'espresso? ummm... okay.' she goes and some time at the machine, then pulls in a guy from the back, and they both spend more time there. finally she walks towards me and says 'um, if you want we can give you your money back, we tried to make the machine work but... it's so little...?' she had never pulled a shot before and didn't know it wouldn't fill the 16oz cup
