I can't help wondering how much of a poo poo AB can be that other teams aren't willing to meet what the Steelers feel like is a reasonable price and a team he'll go to. There's got to be a point where the Steelers say gently caress it and keep him out of spite settling for a comp pick when he retires.

No trade clauses in the NFL are exceptionally rare but they do exist. Rivers has one.

Steelers probably really asking a lot, but both the Steelers and Brown have both been very adamant that Brown isn't going to play for them next year that it really brings down any trade value. Bet at least one team has been mulling over just waiting and seeing if they just cut him if no trade happens.
