According to another thread they don't seem to have entirely ceased Judgment advertising, so who knows, it seems like it might still come out. I really wanna play it, but Sega seems to at the very least want to replace the actor (which seems ludicrous, as well as ludicrously expensive).

They did replace the actor that played Tanimura in Yakuza 4 for the remaster for similar (though more likely false and he was set up by some "friends") reasons, though this was of course long after the game originally came out. So it really would be pretty expensive to have to pull it and do a replacement on short notice plus it delaying it past when all the advertising was happening. Between the celebrity stars and the marketing push and how people really were getting excited for it it seems crazy to just kill the game and throw all of the logistics and work involved in that entirely out though, I'm sure it will eventually come out.

I can't even imagine how much that would cost Sony. Also, I can't imagine how many sales Take 2 would lose not having Rockstar games on other platforms, not to mention the sports stuff. I'll believe it when I see it.
