I'm gonna throw out a MOTYC vote for Daniel Bryan vs. Mustafa Ali vs Kevin Owens because it's genuinely the most I've enjoyed a WWE main roster match in a long time.

Anything else on the card in the "should watch" territory? I'm just off work and have a bit of time for the wrassles at home before I need to go somewhere else.

Thanks, think I'll skip to the finish and and just watch Ishii/Taichi in full.

I've been thinking about it since yesterday, and yeah, I'll give Ishii/Taichi a MOTY nod. Not only was it a great, engaging match where I bought in to most of the nearfalls toward the end, but Taichi really elevated himself in this match and put in what was easily the best performance I've seen out of him since I started watching NJPW. And Ishii was Ishii, who's default level is MOTY-calibre.

MOTYC: Ishii/Nagata HM: Ibushi/Naito - it's probably already MOTY but jeez this was kind of disappointing. Ibushi is always on his game but everything just seemed to not connect right, so you had all these parts where Naito was noticeably fumbling to get the spot right and it really detracted from some really fun spots. WMOTYC: Matt Taven vs. Jay Lethal for the ROH World title 17th Anniversary. 60 minute draw where they did absolutely everything possible in the match which makes you wonder what else can they do for both if there's a next singles match and for the rest of the show. This match was also right at the start/middle of the show and these dudes just don't have enough talent for a 60 minute draw that they needed multiple run ins, table spots, and a ladder spot. Just an absolute drag to watch.

...Oh my god, they did that so that they didn't have to put the belt on Taven and then have him drop it to Scurll immediately, didn't they? So MSG is a 3 way, I guess?
