there are no graphic rape sequences in fate. shinji tries to do it to sakura in heaven's feel but is stopped. the closest is probably rider giving shirou a sex dream to steal his magic. they also describe the way the worms work in detail, but in the VN itself you don't see the worms literally violating sakura.

I don't even know why we're talking about "rape scenes" as if that's even remotely the issue here. The issue is that Sakura is portrayed as having been molested by her family as a child and is a traumatized victim of abuse. So naturally grognards call her a slut since she's not a virgin. That's it, full stop. I mean, I dunno if it's the most sensitive possible portrayal of that kind of backstory, and maybe all the magical nonsense dilutes the mundane horror of it, but I don't see how that loving matters. It also doesn't matter if there are graphic rape scenes or not. What matters is that nerds turned her abuse into a meme about her being a slut, because they are awful people.

Sexual assault is a large part of Sakura's backstory. While some of the details get dumbly tied into Lore, the actual content of her anger, frustration, and healing from it is very well handled. A few lame 4chan nerds turned this into a meme about her being a 'slut' because they're incapable of empathizing with women. More casual fate fans parrot it because they don't know the context. It isn't framed as pornographic or explicit even in the versions of the game with explicit sex scenes, and it isn't removed in the versions without because it's such an important part of Sakura's character. I wish people were capable of talking about this like reasonable adults without either wringing their hands in a way that makes it sound awful or going straight into dumb memes. The entire arc of Heaven's Feel is about Sakura's justified anger at it. If you think it's poorly handled, that's fair, but there's a difference between that and framing it like it's rape porn that you're meant to get off to. I think there are probably better ways to depict sexual assault as backstory than having your character swarmed by penises with teeth. Couple that with the way Tsukihime treats sexual consent and yeah, I'm not especially willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

like idk the worms always felt a little belladonna of sadness to me, psychedelic/weird imagery meant to describe how sakura feels. nasu's just a lore junkie and at the time seemed like he was way less willing to just have weird imagery be weird imagery (see also: akiha having a five paragraph long explanation of her weird heat powers and why that makes her hair go red instead of just having it as a visual metaphor for her demonic side) so you get some weird explanation of it that undermines it a bit, but i dont think that makes it inherently valueless or 'problematic' or whatever.
